About Blanco Foods

Blanco Foods was started by myself (Javier Fernandesz Blanco) and my mum (Puri Fernandez Blanco). Most of what I know about cooking comes from helping out in the kitchen as a kid and early teen with mum.

In typical Spanish mother cooking style, nothing has solid measurements and everything is cooked by eye (a ojo) or feel. Throughout my 20s and 30s I've been cooking for friends and family the recipes I've learnt from mum and some I set out to learn and create myself.
